Shipping

We ship across Canada. We are working on offering international shipping. We will announce it on our socials once it is finalized.

Order Processing Time 

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. Canadian holidays observed include New Year’s Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

Free Shipping 

To qualify for free shipping within Canada, simply place an order of $75 or more (after any discounts or promotions have been applied, and excluding taxes).

Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer Standard Shipping (3-10 business days) and Express Shipping (2-3 business days). Orders under $75 incur a shipping fee, prices vary by province:

  • Quebec / Ontario:
    • $10 for Standard Shipping (for orders less than $75).
    • $15 for Express Shipping (on all orders)
  • British Columbia / Alberta / Yukon / Northwest Territories / Nunavut:
    • $20 for Standard Shipping (for orders less than $75).
    • $27 for Express Shipping (on all orders)
  • Saskatchewan / Manitoba / New Brunswick / Newfoundland & Labrador / Nova Scotia / Prince Edward Island:
    • $10 for Standard Shipping (for orders less than $75).
    • $15 for Express Shipping (on all orders)

Please be aware that orders exceeding $500 will require a signature upon delivery.

Our standard order processing time typically ranges from 1 to 2 business days, though it may be longer during peak periods. If any unexpected delays arise, we will inform our customers of the delay and its reason, along with a new estimated dispatch time. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, standard ground shipping usually takes up to 10 business days for delivery. If you opt for express shipping during checkout, please note that processing times still apply. Express shipping generally delivers within 2 to 3 business days after leaving our warehouse.

Please note:

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
  • Delivery times are approximate and may vary based on location and carrier availability.
  • Orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery.

Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 3 days to report any issue with the product after delivery.

  

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products cannot be returned (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will have 3 business days to decide on the method of refund:

-Method 1: We can issue a gift voucher against your purchase value.

-Method 2: We can refund on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
